Transit Hotel in Hong Kong?

Is there such a thing as a transit hotel in Hong Kong (I know there is one in Singapore)?  Or does anyone have any recommendations for budget hotels in the centre of town?

Transit Hotel in Hong Kong

If I stay in Hong Kong, then I Prefer This Hotel:

Dorsett Seaview Hotel Kowloon.

OK, the rooms are very small, but clean.

From the Hotel start the Busservice to the Airport.
