passportstamp. com's List of Countries

In order to remain politically neutral, passportstamp.com uses the International Standard list of countries in order to define our list of countries. The use of the term country is derived from the UN definition, but can refer to other territories and does not necessarily define the legal status of a country. There are several countries that could be considered ambiguous such as Taiwan, Palestine, the territories of the United Kingdom and of the former Yugoslavia. Feel free to discuss the definition of country in this forum.

ISO List

The ISO don't list the three-letter country codes on their website, but if you google it, you should be able to find the list. We aim to keep up-to-date with the ISO changes, so if you see an update that we haven't included, please let us know and we'll change our list of countries immediately.
