I wonder if it might be possible to have perhaps a null country or some type of placeholder added.

It could be used in the following ways.

1.  to hold dates for a trip to an as yet undetermined trip, ie i am going away for 3 days in August, but at this stage do not know whether it will be Switzerland, Tunisia, or Norway.  I would like to add the trip to my list for planning purposes although I haven't settled on the destination.

2.  It could be used for unofficial countries, and stop all those pesky questions in the forum about "why isn't kosovo/transnistria/kurdistan, etc on the list", without breaking your policy of following the UN definitions.  ie it is just a placeholder and waiting until the UN to recognise.

3.  When flying on longhaul you sometimes lose a day.  eg you left on 23 May, but arrive at destination on 25 may, then you could use the placeholder to account for the lost day, ie 'crossed the dateline' or something.  Or similarly, if you're on a boat in international waters for however long.

Another thing I would like is a "show/hide all" for the notes. so that the notes may be all expanding or all hiden on onebutton click instead of having to click all the show/hides.
