Waiting for the UN

We're still waiting for Kosovo to be recognised by the international community (e.g. the UN). If/when it is, we will add it as a country.

Well its not part of Serbia

Well its not part of Serbia anymore whatever it is. Russia may veto any recognition of it so that makes the UN irrelevant for determining if it is a country. You could at least list it as a seperate territory if not a state like Palestine.

well, with or without UN, Kosovo is recognized only by 42 states in the world so far, of more than 200. that says enough.
