We have now included a gazetteer listing all place names in our database (millions of place names).  Just click on the link on each country page.  Places are divided into regions (states, provinces etc.).  We are in the process of linking every place to a county/state/province -- but in the meantime, there are some places that are unclassified.  You can then click on a place name and it will take you to a map, and will let you know if there are any members at that location.
