customized tour providers

Wondering if anyone could give recommendations on tour providers who can customize tours for small groups of travelers. I've used VayaAdventures in Central and South America - and they were great. Looking for something similar for Jordan, Egypt, and India. Can anyone rate the website "iExplore" and the services it provides?

Whilst I haven't used tailormade Explore, I have been on about 5 of their organised small group trips and about to book another one soon - they get my vote
I've also used Travel2/4, who are like travelbag - you need to go through a travel agent for them and they are okay, but a bit slow with responses.
