Missing places

I could not select the following places I visited in New Zealand: Queenstown, Arrowtown, Rotorua, Fox Glacier, Matamata, Diamond Harbour, Lyttelton.
By New Zealand standards, some of these are large places! Could you please add them.
Also, how do I select Jerusalem (Israel) and Bethlehem (palestine territory)?
