Multiple locations within one country

Hi,
I think it would be nice if it would have a feature to add multiple locations within one country. For example, I live in US, but there are so many places/regions (such as each separate state), that can be counted as separate trips. Same in Russia, it has so much territory, that its impossible to cover everything in one trip.

Thanks for the comment -- this is something we've been thinking about. We're working on being able to record which states/provinces you have visited, along with which locations. This may take a bit of time, but we're on the case.

that would really improve the website if you would be able to split up a number of countries in different regions or states.

I have been to 46 states in the US for instance which is not reflected in my record at all. on the other hand I just spent 4 days in beijing a couple of years ago and china shows up on my map the same way as with a member who has crisscrossed china for weeks or months.

Which level would the states provinces be at?  Would the UK go down to constituencies, regions or counties, for example.  Constituencies seem the obvious choice, but then similar-sized France has far more departements than UK has constituencies.

If you add the ability to select states/provinces within countries, please keep it simple.
